Jesper Siliya – Giant Steps

Paul Ngozi and his Ngozi Family Band are amongst the most celebrated Zamrockers. They feature heavily from throughout Now-Again Records’ archival work of Zambia’s 70s scene and feature prominently as part of the label’s Welcome to Zamrock! Anthologies. Giant Steps, produced in 1978 by Ngozi as a feature for one time Musi-O-Tunya band member Jesper Silya, features drummer Chrissy Zebby Tembo and the band’s trademark razor-sharp guitars, hard rhythms, and a mix of English and Zambian lyrics.

This officially-sanctioned Shadoks reissue features 180-gram black vinyl, a heavy cardboard tip-on sleeve, and includes a two-page insert. This album is presented in a numbered edition of 500.
